Refund policy
We have a 7 day return/exchange only policy. That means up to 7 days after you receive your item(s), you may request a return. Note: returns will only be credited for store credit/exchange only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at josieposyboutique@gmail.com. You will then be responsible for returning the item(s) at your own expense. You may be asked to pay shipping on exchange items. We are a small business and will strive to make you happy with your items! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Since we have a highly evolving store and like to present new collections every month, refunds will not be given- exchanges/store credit only. Thank you for understanding and helping us protect our small business so we can be successful.
